SK Reels

Challenge: The Training & Development department, and the company at large, has tons of leadership ("soft skills") related resources, including one page lessons and 5-10 minute standard Rise microlearning courses. However, none of these are readily available, or in a useable format for people working on the production floor. 

Solution: A series of microlearning courses that act like Instagram Reels. They are easily accessible on a phone or iPad right inside the program the production floor uses every day. These Reels should take no more than about 5 minutes to complete.

Results: This was still in prototype and being rolled out to key stakeholders for broader adoption as my time at SK came to an end. The ultimate goal was to decrease down time by giving leaders "just-in-time" leadership notes so they don't shut down or slow down the line to deal with an personnel issue.
